Classes
Qigong is a gentle, meditative, standing practice that combines slow movements, breath control, and focused intention to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, or "qi."
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It includes modified yoga poses that improve flexibility, strength, and balance, making it especially suitable for seniors, people with limited mobility, or anyone looking for a low-impact exercise option.
Vinyasa translated means "to arrange something in a special way." Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with a flowing sequence of poses to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Every class includes this dynamic movement as well as opportunities for stillness and relaxation. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with ease.
About
Julie is a Master Level Yoga Instructor with over 1000 hours of training who is passionate about helping people get to know, move and ultimately love the amazing bodies they’ve been given. Offerings include: yoga, barre, qigong and sound baths.
